Fieldcrest Gundogs - Training
Fieldcrest provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, offering training to dogs of all abilities. We have many years of training experience, indeed some of our trainees have gone on to be trainers themselves. Sessions take place in several locations in and around the Welland Valley, offering a variety of differing terrain.
Training Programmes offered by Fieldcrest
One to One
An ideal course for beginners with young pups, commonly seen as a precursor to group tuition. Also, one to one training is offered to those at more advanced levels who feel they would benefit from a more tailored training programme.
Group Tuition
Group tuition is available to all, from novice to advanced, and offers a higher degree of social interaction which has been proven to be beneficial for both dog and owner.
Average group sizes range from 4-8 and time slots can be arranged to suit the group.
Residential Training
Here at Fieldcrest we also offer short residential courses which typically provide dogs with between 6 - 8 weeks of continuous training dependent upon individual needs.
Obedience Training
Whilst the majority of training at Fieldcrest is for Gundogs we also offer basic obedience training for all breeds.
Training Days
Full or Half day courses are available for a minimum of 6 people where lunch will be provided, these days can be tailored to the individual groups requirements.
*Children and juniors are welcome at all of our classes.
